Consumption Points Program

Starting from December 30, 2020, you can register as a member and earn points by purchasing products in the COOLISTIC online store or stores (excluding shared space services and monthly fee plans). Points can be exchanged for cash discount coupons to be used on your next purchase.

How to earn:

  1. Earn 1 point for every HKD$1 spent
  2. Earn 200 points by completing account information registration
  3. You can earn 2,000 points by introducing a friend and completing the order, and you can enjoy 10% off on your friend’s order.
  4. Happy birthday and you can earn 2,000 points (you need to have a birthday one month after the registration date to get it)

Redemption method:

Points can be exchanged for cash coupons of different amounts, which can be used online or in stores.

Only one cash coupon can be used per order.

  1. 2000 points can be redeemed for HKD$20 cash rebate discount
  2. 5,000 points can be redeemed for HKD$50 cash rebate discount
  3. 8,000 points can be redeemed for HKD$80 cash rebate discount
  4. 10,000 points can be redeemed for HKD$100 cash rebate discount
  5. 20,000 points can be redeemed for HKD$200 cash rebate discount
  6. 50,000 points can be redeemed for HKD$500 cash rebate discount

Registration and usage instructions:

1. Registration: Click "Points Program Details and Participation" in the lower right corner of the online store (coolistichk.com), or register directly in the online store to become a member and start saving points.

2. Detailed information: In "Points Program Details and Participation" you can also see how to earn points, as well as the conditions and options for redeeming points.

3. Redemption method: Just select Redeem Rewards in the column, and the cash rebates you can redeem will appear. Once you press it, your points will be deducted and a set of discount codes will appear. You can choose to add it directly to your cart, or copy and paste it later.

If you want to retrieve the redeemed discount code, just click on the "Redeem Reward" item to check it again.

4. You can earn 2,000 points by introducing a friend and completing the order, and you can enjoy 10% off on your friend’s order.

Just go to the "Earn Points" column, select "Refer to a friend and complete the order" and a link will appear. Just send the link to your friends, and they will get a 10% discount when checking out, and you can also get 2,000 points.

Terms and rules:

  • Points are valid for 1 year.
  • Points cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, nor can they be exchanged for cash or other goods.
  • Birthday points can only be obtained if your birthday is one month after the registration date and will not be reissued.
  • There is no exchange for cash discounts after points are redeemed.
  • Any changes are made without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, COOLISTIC reserves the right of final decision.
